Pre-Construction Phase

• Estimate construction costs
• Review and recommend project schedule
• Review and recommend design changes
• Determine schedule for purchase of materials, equipment
and utilities selected subcontractors

Construction / Post Construction

• Supervise electrical work force and subcontractors
• Recommend project changes when necessary
• Obtain necessary permits for construction
• Review shop drawings and project data and prepare submittals
• Prepare and submit as built drawings as necessary
• Manage project documents
